"Motivational Video by Lennon Brock"

There is no shortage of inspiring kids around and there are many ways in which they can do it. Some  kids inspire us by their lion-heartedness, and others by how they dedicate themselves to accomplish what one might view as a impossible task. Other children motivate people with pure generosity, altruism, and tender hearted kisses. Simple messages spoken by a dedicated little one can also do the trick. Once such girl has given us a message recently that everyone can learn from. Her name is Lennon Brock and her message is simple.

1. Live life like you're dying.

Living your life like you're dying means that one should wake up each morning and treat that day as if it were going to be the last day you had left. With this realization you would most certainly not waste any time and you would be eager to do the the things that make you happy. You wouldn't waste the day sleeping or watching television. You would try to work your way down some type of last minute bucket list and do it with eagerness. Acting in this way would certainly have you living in inspired action which is what it is all about.

2. Do it now.

Whatever it is that you want to do in life, do it now. There is no time like the present. When there are things that you want to do the best time to take action is right NOW. Procrastination is one of the biggest reasons people don't accomplish the things that they set out to do. If the task seems daunting many people will procrastinate because it seems like too much and the person becomes overwhelmed. Usually once someone finally does start the task they realize that it wasn't as big of a deal as they originally thought. Remember, if something is worth doing, do it now. You'll be happy you did.

3. Free yourself from fear.

Fear kills dreams. Fear kills hope. Fear can age you. Fear puts people in the hospital. Fear can hold you back from doing something that you know that you are capable of doing and if you let it, it will paralyze you. Don't let fear control your life. The majority of the time fear is blown way out of proportion in our heads, and that is what fear usually is. It is a grand production created in our heads and when a personal directs their attention towards the fear they feed it. Your focus is your energy and when you focus on fear you amplify its signal and increase your reaction to it. If you find yourself indulging in fear and it is preventing you from doing the things that you truly want to do, inspect the fear but don't relate to it. Find some simple words of encouragement and take them to heart. Upon inspection decide just how relevant it is to the situation and whether or not it is a legitimate concern or an inflated reaction from your subconscious. Usually upon casual inspection you'll usually find that what you are fearing is nothing more than a dirty trick your brain is playing on you.

4. Hold yourself to a higher standard.

Each morning that you wake, take notice of what your expectations are for yourself  for that day. If their is nothing new or exciting on your horizon then make it so. Treat your daily tasks as if  you were a gold medal Olympian. By treating everything you do as if your were being watched by the world, you'll find yourself doing larger things at a higher rate of accomplishment. Humans are creatures of habit. If you get in the habit or doing the small things well then you'll most certainly begin doing the big things well. Holding yourself to a higher standard each and every day can be one of the most trasformational things you could ever do. Live each and everyday with passion and you'll surly begin to create the kind of life that you've always dreamed of.
